摘要
以杏鲍菇为原料,乙醇溶液为提取剂,采用超声波辅助提取三萜化合物.在单因素实验基础上,利用响应面设计(response surface methodology, RSM)系统的Box-Behnken中心组合原理,研究每个因素对杏鲍菇三萜化合物提取量的影响.实验结果表明:最佳工艺条件为乙醇溶液体积分数为76.0%、物料与乙醇溶液的比例为1∶23.0(g/mL)、超声波处理25.7 min、提取温度42.5℃.根据响应面实验模型得出杏鲍菇三萜化合物提取量预测值为296.1μg/g,经验证实验得实际提取量为287μg/g,两者之间的相对误差为3.07%,小于5%,说明该模型可靠性高.
With pleurotus eryngii as the raw material and ethanol solution as the extraction agent, the ultrasonic organic solvent extraction is used to extract triterpene compounds. The Box-Behnken central composite principle of the response surface design(RSM) is adopted on the basis of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic time and extraction temperature to study each factor’s influence on the extraction yield of triterpenoid compounds of Pleurotus eryngii. The results show that the volume fraction ethanol solution is 75%, the proportion of material and ethanol solution is 1∶20(g/mL), the ultrasonic time is 25.7 min, and the extraction temperature 42.5 ℃. According to the response surface experiment, the predicted value of the model is 296.1 μg/g, while the actual extraction rate is 287 μg/g, which indicates the high reliability of the model, because their relative error is only 3.07%.
