摘要
目的:探究仿生物电刺激联合FM筋膜手法对产后超重和肥胖女性的治疗效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年9月收治产后肥胖女性400例,随机分为四组,各100例。对照组不进行任何干预;研究1组采用仿生物电刺激进行干预;研究2组采用FM筋膜手法;联合组采用仿生物电刺激联合FM筋膜手法。比较四组治疗效果。结果:联合组治疗后腹部脂肪平均厚度、内脏脂肪指数、空腹状态下血清内酯素水平均显著低于研究1组和研究2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);四组治疗后空腹状态下总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究1组和研究2组依从性高于对照组,联合组依从性高于其他三组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用仿生物电结合FM筋膜手法对女性产后肥胖进行治疗,效果显著。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with FM fascial manipulation on postpartum overweight and obese women.Methods:From January 2019 to September 2020,400 postpartum obese women were selected,they were randomly divided into the four groups.The control group did not receive any intervention.The study group 1 was treated with biomimetic electrical stimulation.The study group 2 was treated with FM fascia manipulation.And the combined group was treated with biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with FM fascia manipulation.The therapeutic effects of the four groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the average abdominal fat thickness,visceral fat index and fasting serum lactone level in the combined group were significantly lower than those in study group 1 and group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the total effective rate of fasting among the four groups after treatment(P<0.05).The compliance of study group 1 and study group 2 was higher than that of the control group,and that of the combined group was higher than that of the other three groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biomimetic electricity combined with FM fascia manipulation is effective in the treatment of postpartum obesity in women.
