摘要
目的探究拔罐疗法配合健脾化痰中药治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年5月本院收治的60例痰湿型PCOS患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组资生苍附导痰汤治疗,观察组拔罐疗法配合资生苍附导痰汤治疗。观察两组治疗后有效率、体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、抗缪勒管激素(AMH)及排卵情况。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组[90.00%(27/30)比66.67%(20/30),P<0.05]。观察组AMH水平、WHR、BMI均较对照组低[(2.28±1.34)ng/ml比(4.32±4.59)ng/ml、(0.85±0.04)%比(0.90±0.05)%、(21.18±2.54)kg/m2比(23.88±2.72)kg/m2,均P<0.05]。观察组排卵率高于对照组[93.33%(28/30)比70.00%(21/30),P<0.05]。结论拔罐疗法配合资生苍附导痰汤治疗痰湿型PCOS效果确切。
Objective To explore the effect of cupping therapy combined with spleen-invigorating and phlegm-dissipating Chinese medicine in the treatment of phlegm-dampened polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Sixty patients with phlegm-dampened PCOS treated at our hospital from January,2018 to May,2020 were selected for analysis,and were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group were treated with Zisheng Cangfu Daotan decoction,and the observation group with Zisheng Cangfu Daotan decoction and cupping therapy.After the treatment,the effective rates,body mass indexes(BMI),waist-hip ratios(WHR),AMH levels,and ovulation of the two groups were observed.Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[90.00%(27/30)vs.66.67%(20/30);P<0.05].The AMH level,WHR,and BMI in the observation groupwere lower than those in the control group[(2.28±1.34)ng/ml vs.(4.32±4.59)ng/ml,(0.85±0.04)%vs.(0.90±0.05)%,and(21.18±2.54)kg/m2 vs.(23.88±2.72)kg/m2;all P<0.05].The ovulation rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group[93.33%(28/30)vs.70.00%(21/30);P<0.05].Conclusion Cupping therapy combined with Zisheng Cangfu Daotan decoction is effective in treating phlegm-dampened PCOS.
