摘要
受全球新冠肺炎疫情蔓延与国际油价波动走低的双重影响,我国石油企业的经营环境发生了重大变化,效益也受到了严重影响。本文运用SWOT分析法,对我国石油企业在新形势下的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了全面分析,得出我国石油企业的不同应对策略。
With the dual impact of the global spread of the coronavirus epidemic and the decline of the international oil price,the operating environment of China’s petroleum enterprises has undergone great changes,and their profit margin has been severely affected as well.This article uses the SWOT matrix to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats for China’s petroleum enterprises in the new situation,and draws out the corresponding countermeasures for them.
