Analysis of the China enterprises' multinational management

摘要 运用SWOT系统分析法,剖析中国三大石油公司跨国经营所具有的自身优势、弱势以及企业外部环境所带来的机会和威胁。 China petroleum enterprises are going abroad to boost the overseas oil and gas business, and carry out multinational management actively. By the means of SWOT, not long their strengths and weaknesses can be showed up, hut also the opportunities and threats that the surroundings bring can be discovered. On the base of the analysis, the author suggests CNPC, SINOPEC and CNOOC to take the proper strategy, and their multinational management aim of should be: depending on the national power and government energy diplomacy, fully using the market and resource that conies from domestic and overseas,to achieve national oil safety- to pursue greater economic returns, to be lead by oil&gas exploration and production, to be linked by hypo-risk competition cooperation, to tune the world resource and fully take advantages of themselves, and make unremitting efforts to build a global competitive multinational corporation.
