摘要
新时代赋予公立医院新使命,新征程呼唤公立医院新作为。陕西省人民医院作为省域内大型公立医院,勇担使命、积极作为,始终为建西部强院、树行业典范砥砺前行。医院围绕“坚持党的领导、加强党的建设、全面从严治党”,不断提高政治站位和政治觉悟,充分发挥党对医院各项工作的领导核心作用;坚持公益属性,在各项政策落实中先行先试,救危济困、勇挑重担,冲在突发公共卫生事件的救治一线;重视学科建设、强化人才培养,以重点学科和人才优势助力医院高质量可持续发展;初步形成“一院两区”发展新格局,与医联体、专科联盟建设交相呼应,为实现区域内双向转诊、加强基层医院能力建设贡献力量。
The new era entrusts public hospitals with new missions,and the new journey calls for public hospitals to do new things.As a large-scale public hospital in the province,Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital has bravely assumed its mission and acted actively,and has always forged ahead to build a strong hospital in the western region and set a model for the industry.Focusing on“adhering to the leadership of the party,strengthening party building,and administering the party strictly,”the hospital continuously improves its political position and political consciousness,and gives full play to the core role of the party’s leadership in the various work of the hospital;Carry out the first trial in implementation,rescue the crisis and the hardship,bravely take on the heavy burden,rush to the front line of the rescue of public health emergencies;attach importance to discipline construction,strengthen personnel training,and use key disciplines and talent advantages to help the hospital's high-quality and sustainable development;preliminary formation The new development pattern of"one hospital,two districts"echoes the construction of medical consortia and specialist alliances,and contributes to the realization of two-way referrals in the region and strengthening the capacity building of primary hospitals.
