摘要
刘完素的玄府理论对中医眼科疾病的诊治具有重要的指导意义。干眼为临床常见的眼科疾病之一,中医将其归纳为“神水将枯”“白涩症”“干涩昏花”等范畴。本文通过分析目与玄府的关系,总结干眼在病因方面以风、湿、热、痰、瘀、虚为主,而玄府闭塞、津液代谢失常、目失濡养是其主要病机。治疗方面,以开通玄府为法,根据虚损、阻滞之不同分别施以补、通之法。用药方面,宜在补益或宣通玄府的基础上佐以辛散通络之品,如麻黄、羌活、荆芥、防风等。本文主要探讨玄府理论在干眼治疗中的应用,以期完善本病相关中医疗法,有效防控其复发。
Liu Wansu's Xuanfu theory has important guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Dry eye is one of the common kind of eye diseases in the clinical.It is reduced to"exhaustion of spirit water""chronic conjunctivitis""dryness and dim-sightness"in the field of TCM.By analyzing the relationship between the eye and Xuanfu,this paper put forward dry eye's etiologies are mainly wind,dampness,heat,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency.And the main pathogenesis of dry eye is the occlusion of Xuanfu.It will cause the abnormal metabolism of body fluid and eye's drying without moistening and nourishing.In terms of treatment,it's important to take dredging Xuanfu as the rule,according to which doctors should use the method of dredging and tonifying on the basis of body's deficiency or block.In the aspect of prescribing,it is advisable to use assistant drugs for relieving and dredging collaterals,such as ephedra,notopterygium,Schizonepeta,Fangfeng when based on syndrome differentiation.This paper mainly discussed the application of Xuanfu theory in the treatment of dry eye,and then further improve the relevant TCM therapy of this disease and prevent its recurrence effectively.
