摘要
在国家实施创新驱动发展战略,走中国特色自主创新道路的背景下,分析了创新型人才培养模式的重要性,构建了高职制造类专业基础专业教学与科技创新社团相融合、专业教学与创新实训相融合、企业实践与创新实践相融合的创新型人才培养模式,从提高学生创新创业能力方面介绍了各阶段融合的特点、手段和目的。分析了相关院系制度的制定与实施、指导教师队伍的培养与提高是有效开展创新创业人才培养模式的保障。
Under the background of implementing the innovation driven development strategy and taking the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics,this paper analyzes the importance of innovative talent training mode,and constructs an innovative talent training mode that integrates basic professional teaching with scientific and technological innovation community,professional teaching and innovation training,and enterprise practice and innovation practice,so as to improve students’creativity.In the aspect of new entrepreneurial ability,it introduces the characteristics,means and purposes of each stage integration.It is analyzed that the establishment and implementation of the relevant college and department system and the training and improvement of the teaching staff are the guarantee for the effective development of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode.
