摘要
对于反刍动物而言,青贮饲料必不可少,其中玉米青贮需求量最大。甜高粱具有适应能力强、生物产量高、抗病能力强等特点,即使在土地条件较差、环境恶劣的地方也能正常生长。利用完善的甜高粱青贮加工技术,推动其在畜牧业领域的应用,替代部分玉米青贮,对降低养殖成本、提高土地利用率和减少人畜争粮现象具有重要意义。该文综述了甜高粱的特性、青贮加工技术及其在反刍动物中的应用,以期为甜高粱的进一步推广奠定理论基础。
For ruminants,silage is indispensable,and corn silage is in great demand.Sweet sorghum is of strong adaptability,high biological yield and strong disease resistance,which can grow in harsh soil condition and environments.The use of perfect sweet sorghum silage processing and preparation technology to promote its application in the animal husbandry sector is of great significance for reducing farming costs,improving land use efficiency and reducing human and animal food competition.This paper reviews the characteristics of sweet sorghum,sweet sorghum silage processing technology and its application in ruminants,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the further promotion of sweet sorghum.
