甘肃临夏地区饲用高粱生产性能与饲用价值比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究旨在评价不同品种(系)饲用高粱在甘肃临夏半干旱区的生产性能与饲用价值,引进7个不同饲用高粱品种(系),对各品种(系)在当地的生产性能和饲用价值开展研究分析,采用隶属函数法对7个高粱品种进行生产性能和营养品质的综合评价。结果显示:供试品种的株高和节间数均以NX-4264最高,茎粗以陇甜粱2号最粗,有效分蘖数和全株叶片数以海牛最高,主茎叶片数以大卡最高,单株鲜重、单株叶鲜重和单株茎鲜重均以陇甜粱1号最高。鲜草产量和干物质产量均以陇甜粱1号最高,分别达164.11和32.46 t/hm^(2)。海牛的粗脂肪(CP)含量最高为11.88%,极显著高于其他各品种(系)(P<0.01);陇甜粱2号的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)最低,分别为56.57%和31.52%,均极显著低于其他各品种(系)(P<0.01)。通过各品种(系) CP、NDF、ADF、总可消化营养物(TDN)含量和干物质产量的隶属函数综合评价,排序依次为陇甜粱2号>陇甜粱1号>海牛>陇草1号>大卡>NX-D-61>NX-4264。研究表明,陇甜粱1号、陇甜粱2号和海牛适应性良好、产草量高,具有较高的饲用价值,可作为适用饲用高粱在该地区推广种植。 The study aimed to evaluate the production performance and quality of different forage sorghum varieties(lines) in the semi-arid area of Linxia, Gansu Province. The production performance and nutrient content of seven forage sorghum varieties(lines) were compared and their comprehensive performance was evaluated by subordinate function values analysis. The results showed that NX-4264 had the highest plant height and internode number, Longtian Liang No. 2 had the highest stem diameter, manatee had the highest effective tiller number and total plant leaf number, and Longtian Liang No.1 had the highest fresh weight per plant, leaf fresh weight per plant and stem fresh weight per plant.The yield of fresh grass and dry matter was the highest in Longtian Liang No. 1, reaching 164.11 and 32.46 t/hm^(2),respectively. The CP content of manatee was 11.88%, which was extremely higher than that of other varieties(P<0.01).The NDF and ADF of Longtian Liang No.2 were 56.57% and 31.52%, respectively, which were extremely lower than those of other varieties(P<0.01). The evaluation rank of subordinate function values analysis for the content of CP, NDF,ADF, TDN and the dry matter yield of each variety(line) was Longtianliang No.2>Longtianliang No.1>Monster>Longcao No. 1>Big Kahuna>NX-D-61>NX-4264. The experiment indicates that Longtianliang No. 1, Longtianliang No. 2 and Monster have good adaptability, high forage yield, and high forage value, which can be used as suitable forage sorghum to promote planting in the area.
