摘要
目的评价合并高磷血症腹膜透析患者行碳酸钙D3片治疗对患者血磷、血钙水平的影响,以期为合并高磷血症腹膜透析患者治疗工作提供参考,促进患者治疗预后。方法选择我院2018年3月至2019年9月收治的腹膜透析治疗合并高磷血症的80例患者,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40)分别采取Ca2+1.25 mmol/L低钙透析液腹膜透析、腹膜透析配合碳酸钙D3片治疗。比较两组合并高磷血症腹膜透析患者的治疗情况,包括治疗总有效率、不良反应以及血磷、血钙、血iPTH、钙磷乘积变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后除血钙外,血磷、血iPTH、钙磷乘积变化情况均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组胃肠道、头晕等不良反应情况比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论碳酸钙D3片可以降低合并高磷血症腹膜透析患者的血磷水平,但是对血钙水平无明显影响。
Objective To evaluate the effects of calcium carbonate D3 tablets on the blood phosphorus and calcium levels of patients with hyperphosphatemia peritoneal dialysis,in order to provide a reference for the treatment of patients with hyperphosphatemia peritoneal dialysis and promote the prognosis of patients.Methods Eighty patients with peritoneal dialysis treatment combined with hyperphosphatemia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected and grouped by random number table method,control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)they were treated with Ca2+1.25 mmol/L low calcium dialysate peritoneal dialysis and calcium carbonate D3 tablets.The treatment status of the two groups of patients with hyperphosphatemia peritoneal dialysis were compared,including the total effective rate of treatment,adverse reactions,and changes in blood phosphorus,blood calcium,blood iPTH,and calcium and phosphorus product.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);after treatment,except for blood calcium,the changes in blood phosphorus,blood iPTH,and calcium-phosphorus product were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of gastrointestinal,dizziness and other adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Calcium carbonate D3 tablets can reduce the blood phosphorus level of patients with hyperphosphatemia on peritoneal dialysis,but it has no significant effect on the blood calcium level.
