摘要
杨震教授认为肝郁是痤疮发生的根本病因,并将其证型分为肝郁化火、肝郁脾虚湿盛、血瘀阻滞三种,治疗时以疏肝解郁为法,随证治之,用药和缓、灵活,内外同治,标本兼顾,并注重生活调理,临床疗效甚佳。
Professor Yang Zhen thinks that liver depression is the basic pathogenesis of acne, its patterns could be divided into liver depression turning into fire, liver depression, spleen deficiency and abundant of dampness, blood stagnation blocking, he soothes liver and relieves depression in the treatment, teating the disease according to the syndrome, with mild and flexible medication, from internal and external aspects, taking care of both tip and root, he pays attention to life conditioning, which could acquire best clinical effects.
