摘要
周仲瑛认为,花类中药多有轻柔、透散特质,为配方佐使良品,在内、外、妇、儿多种病症中均可使用。收集整理周仲瑛临证常用花类中药20种,按主要功效分为理气解郁、疏肝和胃、清热散邪、降气化痰、通利活血和凉血止血六大类,并总结归纳代表性花类中药的临证使用特色和配伍经验。
Professor ZHOU Zhongying proposes that flower medicine has the characteristics of softness and permeability,which is a good assistant for prescription.These medicines can be used in many diseases of internal medicine,surgery,gynecology and pediatrics.In this paper,we collected and sorted out 20 flower herbal medicines frequently used by ZHOU Zhongying in clinical practice.According to the main efficacy,they were divided into 6 categories:regulating qi and relieving depression,soothing the liver and harmonizing the stomach,clearing away heat and dispersing pathogens,reducing qi and resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and cooling blood to stop bleeding.The clinical characteristics and compatibility experience of representative flower medicines were summarized.
