摘要
目的基于知识图谱对国内医养结合研究进展进行分析。方法在通过NoteExpress V3.X进行文献去重的基础上,采用CiteSpace软件对2005年11月—2020年5月中国知网学术期刊数据库的2200篇文献进行可视化分析,从文献时序分布、空间分布、研究热点与演化趋势等方面绘制知识图谱并梳理研究脉络,揭示国内医养结合领域的研究现状与发展趋势,为医养结合高质量发展奠定理论基础。结果从文献时序分布看,国内医养结合领域的研究主要经历了初始阶段(2005—2013年)、探索阶段(2014—2015年)和发展阶段(2016年至今);从文献空间分布来看,2200篇文献共涉及14个学科、699本期刊、4342名作者和286个研究机构;从文献的研究热点与演化趋势来看,关键词养老服务模式、养老服务和人口老龄化在医养结合领域研究主题动态演化中发挥了基础性作用,并随着时间变化促进研究主题多样化。结论国内医养结合研究正处于量变向质变转型阶段,尚未形成持续稳定的研究主题,近年来随着智慧养老等关键词的突现,医养结合智慧化必将成为今后研究趋势。
Objective To analyze research progress of integrated health care and social services for seniors in China with Knowledge Graph.Methods By removing duplicate data with NoteExpress V3.X,the article visualized 2200 literatures from November 2005 to May 2020 from CNKI with CiteSpace software,drew the Knowledge Graph from the aspects of time series distribution,spatial distribution,research hotspot and evolution trend,etc.It combed research sequence of integrated health care and social services for seniors,revealed research status and development trend of integrated health care and social services for seniors in China,which laid a theoretical foundation of high-quality development for integrated health care and social services for seniors.Results From time series distribution of reference literatures,the research on integrated health care and social services for seniors in China mainly went through the initial stage(years 2005-2013),the exploration stage(years 2014-2015)and the development stage(years 2016-present).From spatial distribution of reference literatures,2200 literatures covered 14 disciplines,699 journals,4342 authors and 286 research institutions.From research hotspot and evolution trend of reference literatures,keywords such as the mode of social services for seniors,the social services for seniors,population aging played a fundamental role in the dynamic evolution of research topics,and promoted the diversification of research topics with the change of time.Conclusions Domestic research of integrated health care and social services for seniors is at the transition stage of quantitative change to qualitative change,sustainable and stable research theme does not yet emerge.With the emergence of keywords such as the smart social services for seniors,the smart integrated health care and social services for seniors must become the future research trend.
