摘要
新时代高职退伍复学学生教育管理需要顺应国家职业教育改革发展的需要,适应互联网时代发展的要求,以及符合退伍复学学生个性发展特征;同时也面临诸如思政教育的针对性不强、教育教学的质量不高、心理辅导的力度不大、就业与创业指导效果不佳等困境;高职院校通过完善教育管理机制、强化思政教育的针对性、提升教育教学的质量、加大心理健康教育工作力度、提升就业创业指导的成效,不断提高退伍复学学生教育管理的质量。
In the new era,the education management of students who have returned to higher vocational education should conform to the needs of national vocational education reform and development,the requirements of the development of the Internet era,and the personality development characteristics of students who have returned to higher vocational education.At the same time,it also faces such difficulties as the pertinence of ideological and political education is not strong,the quality of education and teaching is not high,the intensity of psychological counseling is not strong,and the effect of employment and entrepreneurship guidance is not good.Higher vocational colleges constantly improve the quality of education management for students who have returned to school after returning from military service by improving the educational management mechanism,strengthening the pertinence of ideological and political education,improving the quality of education and teaching,intensifying the work of mental health education,and enhancing the effect of employment and entrepreneurship guidance.
