摘要
随着军队现代化建设的不断发展,大学生已经成为我军新兵主要组成部分,由此引发的退役复学大学生学校适应问题也日益得到关注。退役复学大学生在学业、人际关系、校园生活、择业、心理等方面存在适应问题,而相关政策、学校管理和个人三方面的因素是影响其学校适应的主要因素,一些学校以社团为抓手,在建立促进退役复学大学生学校适应的机制方面进行了有益尝试。但整体来说在群体关注度、主体概念、研究方法、研究主体以及理论视角上仍存在一定的发展空间。
With the continuous development of military modernization,college students have become a major part of our army's recruits,and the problem of school adaptation of retired college students has also attracted increasing attention.Retired college students have adjustment problems in academic,interpersonal relationships,campus life,career selection,psychology and other aspects.The three factors related to policies,school management and personal are the main factors affecting their school adjustment.Some schools use clubs as a starting point and to establish a mechanism to promote the school adaptation of retired college students.But overall,there is still a certain space for development in terms of group attention,subject concept,research method,research subject and theoretical perspective.
