粗铅精炼除铜反应的热分析动力学 被引量:4

Thermal Analysis Kinetics of Copper-stripping Reaction in Refining of Lead Bullion

摘要 加硫除铜是粗铅火法精炼除铜的主要方法,根据硫化铅和铜的反应温度和动力学条件,分别对硫化铅和铜摩尔比1∶1和1∶2的固相反应进行差热分析,利用Kissinger方程和FWO方程求得反应活化能。结果表明,反应开始温度在350℃左右,升温速率越大,峰形越宽,峰值温度越高,反应峰向高温方向移动,出现反应滞后现象。通过动力学方程计算,硫化铅和铜摩尔比为1∶1混合的反应活化能为233.32 kJ/mol,按1∶2混合的反应活化能为257.66 kJ/mol。硫化铅过量,反应活化能随反应温度降低而降低,有利于提高除铜效率。研究结果可为改进粗铅除铜工艺提供理论指导。 The primary method of copper removal in crude lead fire refining is adding sulfur to remove copper.According to the reaction temperatures and kinetic conditions of lead sulfide and copper,differential thermal analysis was performed for solid-phase reactions with molar ratios of lead sulfide to copper at 1∶1 and 1∶2,and reaction activation energy was obtained by using the Kissinger equation and FWO equation.The results show that the initial reaction temperature is about 350℃,with the higher heating rate,the wider peak shape,and the higher peak temperature,the reaction peak moved to the higher temperature direction,and the reaction lagged.According to the calculation results of the kinetic equation,the reaction activation energy of lead sulfide and copper mixing with 1∶1 is 233.32 kJ/mol.The reaction activation energy of 1∶2 is 257.66 kJ/mol.When lead sulfide is in excess,reaction activation energy decreases with the decrease of reaction temperature,which is beneficial to improve the removal efficiency of copper.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for improving the process of crude lead removal of copper.
