摘要
粗铅是制造铅电解阳极板的主要原料。结合生产实际情况,阐述了粗铅在铅电解前初步除杂的工艺。采用粗铅熔析除铜和加硫除铜工艺,可确保铅熔液化学成分达到电解生产工艺要求,为铅电解提供合格的阳极板,使生产顺利进行。
Lead bullion is the main raw material for making anode plate of lead electrolysis.This paper describes the process of removing impurity before lead electrolysis of lead bullion combined with the actual production condition.The liquation and sulfur-adding process to remove copper from lead bullion can ensure that the chemical composition of lead liquid meets the requirements of electrolysis production process,and provide qualified anode plate for lead electrolysis,so that the production can proceed smoothly.
