智慧PICC静脉治疗管理信息系统的设计与应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:经外周中心静脉置管术(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)是全院静脉治疗管理中一个最重要的环节和组成部分。设计智慧PICC静脉治疗管理系统解决传统手工管理模式的局限性。方法:参考《WST 433-2013静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》,设计系统框架,提出系统主要流程。结果:建立智慧PICC静脉治疗管理信息系统,实现病人静脉治疗环节的信息化、一体化闭环管理,涵盖置管医嘱、同意书、置管前评估、PICC置管、PICC维护、PICC拔管等。结论:系统能够减少护士工作量,提高工作效率,规范临床病区在实际静脉治疗过程的护理操作,持续有效地监控和处理全院的带管情况和并发症,减少静脉治疗过程中的法律风险,保证静脉治疗质量和安全。 Objective:PICC is one of the most important links and components in the management of intravenous therapy in hospital.The wisdom PICC intravenous therapy management information system is to solve the limitation of traditional manual model.Methods:Based on WS/T 433-2013 nursing practice standards for intravenous therapy,we built the system frame and put forward the main process.Results:The wisdom PICC intravenous therapy management information system was established to realize the information and integrated closed-loop management of patients'intravenous therapy,including the placing medical orders,letter of authorization,pre-catheterization evaluation,PICC catheterization,PICC maintenance,PICC extubation,etc.Conclusion:The system can reduce the workload of nurses,improve work efficiency,and standardize the nursing operation of the actual process of intravenous therapy.It can also monitor and deal with the situation and complications of the whole hospital continuously and effectively.The information system can reduce the legal risk in the process of intravenous therapy,and ensure the quality and safety of intravenous therapy.
