摘要
无人机用航空地面气体保障设备作为无人机系统地面维修和飞行作战保障的主要资源,是直接影响无人机各项作战功能发挥的重要因素。为了解决无人机地面气体保障要求高、难度大,且保障技术新、接口特别多等问题,针对某型无人机的地面气体保障要求,分别从技术指标确定、工艺流程研究以及具体结构设计等方面对无人机充气设备进行了设计研究。从研究结果上来看,该型充气设备能够较好地满足无人机地面气体保障的需求,对无人机系统的建设和发展具有深远的意义。
As the main resources of UAS ground maintenance and flight combat support,UAV air ground gas support equipment is an important factor that directly influences UAV operational functions.In order to solve the problems such as high demand and difficulty of ground gas support for UAVs,new technology and many interfaces,and to meet the requirements of ground gas support for UAVs,this study elaborated the design scheme of ground inflatable equipment for UAVs.The design and study of UAV inflatable equipment were carried out from the aspects of technical index determination,technological process research and structure design.From the results of the study,this type of inflatable device can meet the demand of UAVs for ground gas support,and has far-reaching significance for the construction and development of UAVs.
