摘要
为评价青贮玉米和甜高粱作为凉山州二半山区的饲草潜能,试验在凉山州半细毛羊原种场牧草基地引种青贮玉米曲辰九号(简称青贮玉米)和甜高粱绿巨人(简称甜高粱)并进行栽培比较试验,以四川农业大学玉米研究所选育的饲用籽粒型玉米荣玉9号(简称荣玉9号)为参照对青贮玉米、甜高粱的适应性、生产性能及青贮品质进行研究。结果表明:生长期第146天刈割时青贮玉米和甜高粱青体鲜重分别为(120.83±6.35)t/hm2和(102.74±6.05)t/hm2,干重分别为(24.19±1.33)t/hm2和(22.53±1.27)t/hm2。刈割时虽然生长期比该品种生育期长14 d,但物候未达到其最佳青贮刈割期。此时,青贮玉米淀粉、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)等指标虽达国家标准青贮玉米品质三级标准,但其干物质和淀粉含量偏低,发酵样品中含有丁酸,青贮品质较差。甜高粱淀粉含量偏低,NDF和ADF含量偏高,发酵样品中含有丁酸,鲜草品质和青贮品质较差。说明青贮玉米和甜高粱在此区域引种栽培产量高,但由于地理气候的差异性,其栽培管理技术还需进一步研究。
In order to evaluate the potential of silage maize and sweet sorghum as forage grass in Liangshan Perfecture mountain mid-levels area, a comparative experiment of silage maize Quchen 9(silage maize) and sweet sorghum Hulk(sweet sorghum) was carried out in Liangshan Perfecture semi-fine wool sheep seed farm pasture base by studying adaptability, production performance and silage quality. In this experiment, the forage grain type corn Rongyu 9(Rongyu 9) selected and bred by the Corn Research Institute of Sichuan Agricultural University was taken as the control. The results showed that the fresh weight of green body for silage maize and sweet sorghum were(120.83±6.35)t/hm2 and(102.74± 6.05)t/hm2 respectively, and the dry weight were(24.19±1.33)t/hm2 and(22.53±1.27)t/hm2 respectively when they were cut at 146 days during the growing season. Although the growing period was 14 days longer than that of growth phase, the phenology didn’t reach the optimal silage cutting period. For silage maize, the content of starch, CP, NDF and ADF reach the silage corn national standard, but the content of dry matter and starch was low, and the fermentation product had butyric acid, and the silage quality was poor. For the sweet sorghum, the content of starch was low, the content of NDF and ADF was high, butyric acid was found in the fermentation product, and the quality of fresh grass and silage was poor. The results indicated that the yield of silage maize and sweet sorghum was high in this region, but due to the differences of climate, the cultivation and management techniques needed to be further studied.
