摘要
近年来,伴随着乡村振兴战略的推进,合作社在发挥科技支撑乡村产业振兴方面的作用日益凸显.本文通过文献综述、案例分析研究了以合作社为组织平台科技支撑乡村产业发展的背景、现状,分析了合作社在发挥科技支撑产业振兴方面存在的主要问题,如科技服务水平低、与外部涉农机构的联系不紧密、缺少人才和资金投入等,并提出了加强合作社自身组织建设、构建外部联结机制、加强人才培养与引进、完善提供产业科技服务、加大资金投入、推进三产融合等对策和建议.
In recent years,with the promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy,cooperatives are playing anincreasingly prominent role in supporting the rural industry revitalization with science and technology.Based on the literature review and case analysis,this paper studies the background and current situation ofrural industrial development supported by science and technology on the platform of cooperatives,andanalyzes the main problems that cooperatives have in the application of science and technology to supportindustrial revitalization.such as the low level of scientific and technological services,the lack of contactwith external agricultural institutions,the shortage of talents and the capital investment,etc..In view ofthe existing problems,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen thecooperatives’construction,build the external connection mechanism,strengthen the cultivation andintroduction of talents,improve the provision of industrial scientific and technological services,increase thecapital investment,and promote the integration of the three industries.
