摘要
                
                    针对新零售下基于预售时间的双渠道供应链的协调策略问题,以集中决策下的渠道总利润为标杆,探讨分散决策下不同契约的渠道协调性。研究结果表明,预售时间会影响渠道价格、渠道需求量,预售时间延长会提高渠道总利润;渠道竞争激烈会带来渠道价格、渠道需求量上升;考虑利润转移的两部定价契约可以较好地协调双渠道供应链。
                
                Aiming at the problem of dual-channel supply chain coordination strategy based on pre-sale time under the new retail background,taking the channel total profit under the centralized decision as the benchmark to explore the channel coordination of different contracts under decentralized decision-making.The result of research shows that the pre-sale time will affect the channel price and the channel demand,the longer the pre-sale time will increase the total channel profit;the fierce competition will bring the channel price and the channel demand to rise;two-part tariffs contract considering profit transfer can coordinate the dual channel supply chain.
