基于创新创业校企合作的智能制造本科生培养模式 被引量:1

Training Mode of Intelligent Manufacturing Undergraduates Based on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Under School and Enterprise Cooperation

摘要 为适应人才需求从单一向复合型发展,单一机械制造向数字化、信息化、智能化发展的需要,对创新创业环境下的智能制造本科生培养模式进行研究。分析了智能制造专业国内现状及市场对人才的需求,构建了利用企业资源联合培养本科生的教学运行机制,阐述了智能制造专业人才培养模式改革策略,应构建合理的课程体系,改革教学方式,构建校内创业实践基地,构建企业平台实践基地。高校智能制造专业承担着培养具有创新创业意识与能力复合型人才的重任,校企合作培养本科生采用双导师联合培养,以企业技术难题为研究重点,充分发挥了高校和企业双方在人才、技术、设备等各方面的优势。 In order to satisfy the demand of adapting to the talent demand developing from unity to compound type,and from the only machine manufacturing to digital,information and intelligent development,the research explores the intelligent manufacturing undergraduate training mode under innovation and entrepreneurship environment,analyzes the domestic situation of intelligent manufacturing specialty and the market demand for talents,and constructs the teaching operation mechanism through making use of enterprise resources to jointly train undergraduates.This paper expounds the reform scheme of the talent training mode of intelligent manufacturing,including the construction of a reasonable curriculum system,the reform of teaching methods,and the construction of enterprise practice bases both inside and outside the school,and cultivation base of enterprise platform.Intelligent Manufacturing Major in the colleges and universities bears the responsibility of training compound intelligent talents with innovative entrepreneurial consciousness and ability.In the dual culture of double tutors in school and enterprise cooperation in training undergraduates,we should take enterprise technological problem as the research emphasis,and fully play the advantages of talents,technology and equipments of the school and enterprise.
