摘要
"新工科"建设已成为我国实施创新驱动发展战略和深化高等工程教育改革、培养创新型人才的重要引擎。在此背景下,地方理工类高校大学生创新创业教育体系,需要构建学校、教师、学生的三层设计,以促进学生创新意识、创新思维和创新能力培养。
The construction of"emerging engineering"has become important in China to implement the innovation-driven development,higher engineering education reform and talents cultivation.Under such background,innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities of science and engineering should build a collaborate system at the tri-tier of institute,faculty and student so as to promote students’innovative awareness,innovative thinking,and innovative ability training.
