摘要
依据JJF 1070—2005《定量包装商品净含量计量检验规则》,以体积单位标注净含量的商品的计量检验,其商品均为(20±2)℃条件下的体积。生产企业在使用定容式灌装机灌装定量包装商品时,现场灌装介质温度一般都无法满足标准温度条件,灌装量难以控制,导致所生产商品净含量失准。为此,我们使用高精度数字密度计对白酒、酱油、水三种不同介质在不同温度下的密度数据进行测量,统计生成密度温度变化表,再通过对密度温度变化表的线性情况进行分析,得出利用该表数据转换标准密度值对净含量结果的影响程度。阐述了引入密度温度变化表解决以体积标注的定量包装商品实时灌装量的设定问题的可行性,测量数据比对和不确定度分析的结果表明,生产企业在引入预先测量得出的密度温度变化表实现日常温度下灌装的灌装量能满足灌装准确性的要求。
According to JJF 1070—2005"Rules of Metrological Testing for Net Quantity of Products in Prepackages with Fixed Content",the net content of commodity marked with volume unit is measured under the standard temperature of(20±2)℃.However,when manufacturers use constant volume filling machine to fill quantitative packaged goods,the filling medium temperature on-site generally can not meet the standard temperature conditions,filling volume is difficult to control,resulting in inaccurate net content of the produced goods.To this end,we use a high-precision digital density meter to measure the density data of three different media,namely,white wine,soy sauce,and water,at different temperatures,and statistically generate a density-temperature variation table,and then analyze the linearity of the density-temperature variation table to derive the degree of influence of using the table data to convert standard density values on the net content results.The feasibility of introducing the density-temperature variation table to solve the problem of setting the real-time filling quantity of quantitative packaged goods labeled by volume is elaborated.The results of measurement data comparison and uncertainty analysis show that manufacturers can meet the requirements of filling accuracy by introducing the pre-measured density-temperature variation table to realize the filling quantity at daily temperature.
