摘要
以江苏省徐州市为例,虽然在森林资源、管理经验、风险管控等方面有一定的优势,但也存在着技术不够先进、法律缺失等问题,通过对徐州市现存问题进行分析,提出了要提高计量、监测水平、加大宣传力度、增加区域性政策扶持力度、完善相关法律条款等改进策略。
Suzhou city has certain advantages in forest resources, management experience, risk control,etc., but there are also problems such as insufficient technology and lack of laws.This paper analyzed the existing problems in Xuzhou city, and proposed improvement strategies such as improving the measurement and monitoring level, increasing publicity, increasing regional policy support, and perfecting relevant legal provisions.
