摘要
藜科植物是沙漠中主要的耐旱物种之一,碱蓬属植物是其中一类重要的盐生植物,是极佳的固沙作物、中药材和油料作物,多为一年生草本,少数为灌木或半灌木。其优良的抗旱、抗盐碱性能,使其在防风固沙、土壤改良方面被广泛应用,并且为分子生物学层面植物抗逆机理的研究提供了宝贵的素材和基因资源。为此,综述了近年来国内外关于碱蓬属植物的相关研究,常见环境因子如盐分、温度、水分等对碱蓬属植物种子萌发及生长的影响、碱蓬属植物抗盐胁迫的分子机理及其开发应用等方面的研究进展,展望了碱蓬属植物研究的巨大价值以及研究前景,以期为后续碱蓬属植物的研究与开发提供参考。
Chenopodiaceae is one of the main drought-tolerant species in desert.Among them,Suaeda is one kind of impor⁃tant Halophytes,excellent desert crop,Chinese herbal medicine,oil crops,mostly annual herbs and a few shrubs or semishrubs.The strong resistance to drought and salty make them widely used in sand fixation and soil improvement,and provide valu⁃able materials and gene resources for the study on molecular mechanism of plant salt tolerance.In this paper,the related resear⁃ches on Suaeda at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed.The effects of common environmental factors,such as salt,temperature and water on seed germination and growth of Suaeda,the molecular mechanism of stress resistance of Suaeda and the application of them were summarized.The great value and research prospect of Suaeda were discussed,to provide some advices for the further research.
