饲用甜高粱种子萌发的抗逆性研究

摘要 试验旨在探究饲用甜高粱种子在盐碱、干旱和高硼胁迫条件下的适宜萌发条件。试验采用不同浓度的氯化钠(NaCl)、碳酸钠(Na_(2)CO_(3))、氢氧化钠(NaOH)、聚乙二醇-6000 (PEG-6000)、硼酸对饲用甜高粱种子进行处理,测定发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、旱害率、胚根长、胚芽长、鲜重、干重、幼苗含水量等指标,计算半抑制浓度(耐盐阈值)和极限浓度值。结果显示,与对照组相比,250 mmol/L NaCl、25 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)、25 mmol/L NaOH、30%PEG-6000处理可显著降低发芽率(P<0.05);100 mmol/L NaCl、25 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)、15 mmol/L NaOH、15%PEG-6000、2 mmol/L硼酸处理可显著降低胚芽长(P<0.05);5%、10%PEG-6000处理可显著增加胚芽长、胚根长(P<0.05);NaCl、Na_(2)CO_(3)、NaOH、硼酸、PEG-6000处理的饲用甜高粱种子萌发的半抑制浓度均值依次为250.07、72.87、36.70、39.27 mmol/L及23.57%。研究表明,饲用甜高粱种子可耐盐(NaCl、Na_(2)CO_(3))、耐碱(NaOH)、耐干旱(PEG-6000),幼苗对硼酸敏感。 The experiment was to investigate the optimal germination conditions for forage sweet sorghum seeds under saline-alkali,drought,and high-boron stress conditions.Feed sweet sorghum seeds were treated with different concentrations of sodium chloride(NaCl),sodium carbonate(Na_(2)CO_(3)),sodium hydroxide(NaOH),polyethylene glycol-6000(PEG-6000),and boric acid,measured the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,drought damage rate,radicle length,plumule length,fresh weight,dry weight,and seedling water content.The half-inhibitory concentration(salt tolerance threshold)and the limit concentration values were calculated.The results showed that compared to the control group,250 mmol/L NaCl,25 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3),25 mmol/L NaOH,and 30%PEG-6000 significantly reduced the germination rate(P<0.05).100 mmol/L NaCl,25 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3),15 mmol/L NaOH,15%PEG-6000,and 2 mmol/L boric acid significantly reduced the plumule length(P<0.05).5%and 10%PEG-6000 significantly increased the plumule length and radicle length(P<0.05).The mean half-inhibitory concentrations for germination of forage sweet sorghum seed treated with NaCl,Na_(2)CO_(3),NaOH,boric acid and PEG-6000 were 250.07,72.87,36.70,39.27 mmol/L and 23.57%,respectively.The study indicates that forage sweet sorghum seed are tolerant to salt(NaCl,Na_(2)CO_(3)),alkali(NaOH),and drought(PEG-6000),while seedlings are sensitive to boric acid.
