摘要
目的分析住院医师规范化培训带教师资带教工作满意度及影响因素。方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月200名在培住院医师为研究对象,对其进行带教工作满意度及影响因素分析。结果教学活动落实情况中,管床、小讲课、教学查房和疑难病例讨论评价中相关指标的达标和不达标情况分别为68.00%、77.50%、95.00%、97.50%,32.00%、22.50%、5.00%和2.50%,且日常带教活动落实情况从指导接诊、指导并修改医疗文书和轮转手册检查3方面评价较高,在学员对住院医师规范化培训带教满意度和科室学习满意度分别为95.00%和97.50%,而学员对住院医师规范化培训认知满意度也具有较高评价。结论在住院医师规范化培训带教师资工作满意度评价中,影响评价因素主要和教学活动落实情况、日常带教落实情况、学院对住院医师规范化培训满意度和学院对住院医师规范化培训认知满意度相关。
Objective To analyze the job satisfaction and influencing factors of standardized training of resident doctors and teachers.Methods 200 resident physicians in training from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and their teaching job satisfaction and influencing factors were analyzed.Results According to the comparative analysis of the implementation of teaching activities,the compliance and non-compliance of relevant indicators in tube bed,small lectures,teaching rounds and difficult case discussion and evaluation were 68.00%,77.50%,95.00%,97.50%,32.00%,22.50%,5.00%and 2.50%.The implementation of daily teaching activities was highly evaluated in three aspects:guidance and reception,guidance and modification of medical documents,and rotation manual inspection.The satisfaction of trainees with standardized training of resident physicians and department learning were 95.00%and 97.50%respectively,And the trainees also had a high evaluation of the cognition satisfaction of the standardized training of residents.Conclusion In the evaluation of job satisfaction with resident standardized training teachers,the main factors affecting the evaluation are the implementation of teaching activities,the implementation of daily teaching,the college’s satisfaction with the standardized training of residents and the college’s cognition of the standardized training of residents.
