电动自行车整车制动检测平台的仿真研究 被引量:5

摘要 电动自行车制动性能关乎行车安全,制动性能检测是电动自行车的重点检测项目之一。针对传统的路面检测存在的问题,搭建电动自行车整车制动性能检测平台,试验台架有机械台架结合现代工控设备组成,旨在对制动性能进行实时、精确检测;为验证检测平台设计的合理性,根据车辆动力学原理,分别建立实际道路上整车制动工况下的数学模型和台架制动检测的数学模型;利用仿真软件Matlab/Simulink进行对比分析研究。仿真结果表明,该检测平台可以比较精确检测影响整车制动性能各参数,检测平台的设计是合理的。 The braking performance of electric bicycles is related to driving safety,which is one of the key testing items for electric bicycles.To solve the problems existing in traditional pavement detection,a braking performance testing platform for electric bicycles is built.The test bench is composed of a mechanical bench combined with modern industrial control equipment,aming at real-time and accurate detection of braking performance.To verify the rationality of the design of the test platform,according to the vehicle dynamics principle,the mathematical model of the vehicle under the braking condition of the actual road and the mathematical model of the brake detection of the gantry is established;using the simulation software Matlab/Simulink for comparative analysis and research.The simulation results show that the detection platform can accurately detect the parameters affecting the braking performance of the whole vehicle,and the design of the detection platform is reasonable.
