摘要
根据对不同车型AEB系统性能实测数据的分析,得出AEB系统TTC值、AEB制动执行策略与最终制动效能和用户体验之间的关联性,并依据分析结果对AEB系统的TTC和制动执行策略设定提出了合理建议。在CCR试验工况中,当车速低于20 km/h时TTC设定应更小,采用单级制动,以提升用户体验;在更高车速下应采取两级制动策略,以使AEB系统更为舒适、平顺地介入,在确保AEB系统性能的同时提升用户舒适度,同时提升AEB系统在NCAP评价规程中的得分率。
According to the analysis on the measured data of AEB system performance of different vehicle models,the relevance between AEB system TTC,AEB braking execution strategy,final braking efficiency and user experience was concluded,and reasonable suggestion was proposed concerning AEB system TTC and braking execution strategy settings according to the analysis results.In CCR test conditions,when vehicle speed is under 20 km/h,lower TTC shall be set,and single-stage braking shall be applied to improve user experience;two-stage braking strategy shall be adopted at higher vehicle speed,to engage AEB system more comfortably and smoothly,thus improving riding comfort for customers while ensuring AEB system performance,and improving the rating of AEB system in China-New Car Assessment Program.
