摘要
新时代背景通过何种手段更好地满足农业农村现代化、乡村振兴对于人才的需求,是亟待解决落实的。笔者以苏州农业职业技术学院为例,通过增强涉农学生的文化自信特别是农耕文化自信,提升学生的专业认同,旨在将更多涉农的大学生引向农业,投身农业作出些许贡献。
Under the background of the new era, how to better meet the needs of agricultural and rural modernization and rural revitalization for talents is urgent to be solved and implemented. The author takes Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture as an example, through enhancing the cultural self-confidence of agriculture related students, especially the agricultural culture self-confidence, to enhance the students’ professional identity, aiming to introduce more agricultural related college students to agriculture and make some contribution to agriculture.
