摘要
能否带给用户充分的文化体验是文化创意产品设计的核心内容。由于文化创意产品的多态性,增大了设计与评价的难度。依据已有的文化创意产品,找到其存在的不足是降低设计难度的有效方法。文章基于用户体验地图模型的基本方法,结合文化创意产品及用户体验特点,建立文化创意产品用户体验与设计要素之间的映射关系,构建体验地图模型,将评价过程结构化、可视化。建立针对文化创意产品的用户体验地图模型,提供寻找发现设计改进的问题点和机会点的方法,为文化创意产品评价与设计提供有效支持。
The kernel content of cultural creative product design is to determine it can bring users a sufficient cultural experience.Due to the polymorphism of cultural creative products,the difficulty of design and evaluation is increased.Based on the existing cultural creative products,it is an effective way that finds out their deficiency which can reduce the difficulty of designing cultural creative products.It transforms the deficiency into advantages and find out an effective approach to design.According to the basic method of a user experience map,establish the mapping relationship between the user experience of cultural creative products and design elements,it also constructs an improved experience map model,which can structure and visualize the evaluation process.Provide a way to find out the problems and opportunities for design improvement.It provides significant support for the evaluation and design of cultural creative products.
