摘要
资源化利用是畜禽粪污无害化处理的重要方式。通过梳理已有文献资料,归纳总结了不同技术工艺、不同养殖规模、不同管理方式以及不同种养规模的畜禽粪污资源化利用模式,并从参与主体、管理主体、处理方式、作用范围、适宜范围、影响因素等方面对不同模式进行了共性和差异性分析,进一步剖析了各类模式在推广中存在的不足之处,并针对不同模式提出了优化建议。在此基础上,从集中处理和分散家用两个方面总结出大型沼气工程集中利用模式、商品有机肥生产集中利用模式和家庭循环利用模式等3种适合进行区域整体推广的模式,并针对不同模式的原理、结构和特点进行了分析。最后,围绕完善法律法规、合理规划畜禽粪污资源化利用模式区域布局、建立多方合作机制等方面提出了进一步完善畜禽废弃物处理及其资源化利用的政策建议。
Resource utilization is an important harmless treatment way for livestock and poultry manure.By reviewing existing literature,the planting and raising mode of livestock and poultry waste resource utilization of different techniques,different size,different management approaches and different farming scale were summarized,and the generality and difference of different modes were analyzed from the aspects of participants,management subjects,treatment methods,scope of action,appropriate scope and influencing factors,the shortcomings of various models in the promotion were further analyzed,and optimization suggestions for different models were put forward.On this basis,from the two aspects of centralized treatment and dispersed household use,three models suitable for regional overall promotion of large-scale biogas project centralized use,commodity organic fertilizer production centralized use and household recycling use were summed up,and the principle,structure and characteristics of different models were analyzed.Finally,policy suggestions on further improving the treatment of livestock and poultry waste and its resource utilization were put forward from perfecting laws and regulations,rationally planning the regional layout of the resource utilization mode of livestock and poultry waste,and establishing the multi-party cooperation mechanism.
