摘要
西安交通大学图书馆在充分调研国内外图书馆发展环境的基础上,分析了大学图书馆面临的机遇与挑战,围绕学校的战略规划与使命,明晰了图书馆的定位与愿景、战略规划设想,把"十四五"期间的目标任务分解成三大服务任务,即:服务一流人才培养、服务一流学科建设和服务中国西部科技创新港建设,并提出了相应的关键举措。在条件保障方面从资源、技术、空间与队伍等方面,提出了具体行动计划,为图书馆"十四五"规划实施指明了路径和方向。
On the basis of fully investigating the development trends of libraries both at home and abroad,this paper analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced by the academic library.Centering on the strategic plan and mission of the Xi an Jiaotong University,the paper re-clarified the positioning,vision and strategic plan of the library,and divided the objectives and tasks into three major tasks during the period of 14th Five-Year Plan,which are to serve the cultivation of first-class talents,to develop first-class disciplines and to construct Innovation Harbor in Western China.In terms of condition guarantee,this paper puts forward specific action plans from the aspects of resources,technology,space and librarian team,and points out the path and direction for the implementation of the 14th Five-Year Plan.
