摘要
新零售的产生和发展对传统零售业造成强烈的冲击,新冠疫情的发生进一步加速了传统零售企业转型的进程,商业模式创新则成为企业转型的重要途径。为深入剖析新零售企业商业模式创新演化机制,本文选取盒马为扎根对象,通过对收集到的数十万字资料信息进行开放式编码、主轴式编码和选择式编码,归纳总结出盒马商业模式创新演化机制的五个层面和相应的核心范畴,即外部动因—制度环境、战略层—企业战略、执行层—企业能力、服务层—客户价值、系统层—商业模式生态系统,进而针对新零售企业商业模式创新提出了相关对策建议。
The emergence and development of new retail has a strong impact on the traditional retail industry.The outbreak of the epidemic has further accelerated the transformation of traditional retail enterprises,and business model innovation has become an important way for enterprise transformation.In order to deeply analyze the innovation and evolution mechanism of the new retail business model,Hema is selected as the rooted object,and the business model of Hema is summarized through open coding,axial coding and selective coding of the collected hundreds of thousands of information terms.The five levels of the innovation evolution mechanism and the corresponding core categories are summarized,namely,external motivation-institutional environment,strategic level-corporate strategy,executive level-corporate capabilities,service level-customer value,and system level-business model ecosystem.And then we put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the business model innovation of new retail enterprises.
