摘要
富含亮氨酸的五肽重复序列(PPR)基序蛋白(LRPPRC)在人类肝癌细胞HepG2中被首次鉴定,其主要定位于细胞外核膜、内核膜、核质、内质网、细胞骨架和线粒体。LRPPRC是一种具有多功能的蛋白质,可以调节细胞能量代谢、参与核编码mRNA的成熟以及调控信号转导通路。LRPPRC蛋白的表达水平与多种人类恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切有关。文章主要综述LRPPRC蛋白的结构、功能及其与人类恶性肿瘤发生发展的关系,并进一步探讨LRPPRC蛋白在恶性肿瘤研究中的应用前景,为恶性肿瘤的临床诊断与治疗提供理论基础和参考依据。
LRPPRC is located in the extracellular nuclear membrane,inner nuclear membrane,nucleoplasm,endoplasmic reticulum,cytoskeleton and mitochondria,and was first identified as a leucine-rich pentapeptide repeat sequence(PPR)motif protein in HepG2 cells.LRPPRC is a multifunctional protein that can regulate energy metabol-ism,participate in the maturation of nuclear-encoded mRNA,and regulate signal transduction pathways.Recent studies have reported that the expression level of LRPPRC is related to malignant tumors.This article mainly reviews the structure and function of LRPPRC,and the relation between LRPPRC and the occurrence and de-velopment of malignant tumors,and further explores the application prospects of LRPPRC in the study of malignant tumors,laying a theoretical foundation for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.
