摘要
目的分析慢性心力衰竭患者应用延续性护理模式的护理效果。方法 2017年3月至2019年3月将86例慢性心力衰竭患者作为本次研究的对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上加入延续性护理。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组不良反应、自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论延续性护理模式应用于慢性心力衰竭患者护理中效果确切。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of applying continuous nursing model to patients with chronic heart failure. Methods From March 2017 to March 2019, 86 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the objects of this study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group, the control group performed routine nursing, and the observation group added continuous nursing on control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The adverse reactions, self-care ability scores, and quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was significally sinificant(P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of applying the continuous nursing model to the care of patients with chronic heart failure is definite.
