延续护理在提升糖尿病患者自我护理能力和生活质量中的作用分析被引量：1

摘要目的观察延续护理在提升糖尿病患者自我护理能力和生活质量中的作用。方法随机将在我院就诊的110例糖尿病患者分为A、B两组(A=55,B=55);A组院外不再接受额外护理,B组接受延续性护理干预。对比两组护理干预前后的自护能力评分和GQOL1-74评分。结果 B组护理干预后自护能力和GQOL1-74评分均高于A组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预可有效改善糖尿病患者自护能力和生活质量,具有临床推广价值。
