探讨胎儿透明隔腔及合并神经系统异常的产前MRI影像特征及诊断价值

Objective to Investigate the Prenatal MRI Features and Diagnostic Value of Fetal Septum Pellucidum andNervous System Abnormalities

摘要 目的:探讨于产前采用MRI诊断胎儿透明隔腔及合并神经系统异常的影像特征与应用价值。方法:抽选2018年6月~2020年4月本院就诊的683例孕妇的临床资料进行回顾分析,均实施超声与MRI检查,分析临床与影像学资料。结果:经胎儿头颅检查,共发现96例透明隔腔及合并神经系统异常,超声检查发现55例透明隔腔异常;在96例胎儿中有64例胎儿为单纯透明隔腔异常,32例胎儿透明隔腔及合并神经系统异常。结论:经MRI检查胎儿透明隔腔及合并神经系统异常效果显著,可有效弥补超声检测的不足,准确发现胎儿异常,诊断效果较优,对产前诊断准确率与减少缺陷胎儿出生等情况有积极作用。 Objective:To investigate the imaging features and application value of MRI in the diagnosis of fetal septum pellucidum and nervous system abnormalities.Methods:The clinical data of 683 pregnant women in our hospital from June 2018 to April 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Ultrasound and MRI were performed to analyze the clinical and imaging data.Results:96 cases of fetal septum pellucidum and associated nervous system abnormalities were found by fetal head examination,55 cases of hyaline septum abnormalities were found by ultrasound examination;64 cases were simple hyaline septum abnormalities in 96 cases of fetuses,and 32 cases of fetal septum pellucidum and associated nervous system abnormalities.Conclusion:MRI examination of fetal septum pellucidum and combined with abnormal nervous system effect is significant,which can effectively make up for the deficiency of ultrasound detection,accurately detect fetal abnormalities,and has a better diagnostic effect,which has a positive role in the accuracy of prenatal diagnosis and reducing the birth of defective fetuses.
