摘要
目的 探讨三维超声扩展成像(3DXI)技术在观察胎儿胼胝体发育中的应用价值。方法 应用3DXI技术中的智能断层成像(MSV)模式和任意剖面成像(OBV)模式获得胎儿颅脑的正中矢状切面,观察50例正常胎儿及3例胼胝体发育不全(ACC)胎儿的胼胝体在此切面上的声像表现(位置、形态和回声),并与MRI表现进行对比分析。结果 50例正常胎儿及3例ACC胎儿均获得3DXI重建的颅脑正中矢状切面。在此切面上:50例正常胎儿的胼胝体均清晰显示为位于中间部、附于透明隔腔上方的弓形偏高回声;3例ACC胎儿中的1例部分性ACC只显示胼胝体的嘴、膝部,未显示其干、压部,2例完全性ACC整个胼胝体均未显示。3例ACC胎儿及正常胎儿中选取的1例胎儿的胼胝体在3DXI重建的颅脑正中矢状切面上的声像图表现与MRI的信号表现一致。结论 运用三维超声的3DXI技术获取的颅脑正中矢状切面可较客观评价胎儿胼胝体的发育,方法简便、有效。
Objective To investigate the value of 3-dimentional extended imaging(3DXI)in evaluation of fetal corpus callosum development.Methods Multi slice view(MSV)and oblique view(OBV)mode in 3DXI were applied to obtain median sagittal plane of fetal brain.Fifty normal fetuses and 3 fetuses with agenesis of corpus callosum(ACC)were involved in the study.The location,shape and echo of the corpus callosum in the two groups were observed in 3DXI,and compared to corresponding images in MRI.Results Median sagittal planes of fetal brains were reconstructed by 3DXI in 50 normal and 3 ACC fetuses.Corpus callosums in 50 normal fetuses were all shown as hyperechoic bow in front of septum pellucidum cavity in the middle plane.One case of partial ACC showed only corpus callosum mouth and knee.Two cases of complete ACC showed loss of corpus callosums.Sonographic images of fetal corpus callosum reconstructed by 3DXI were the same as those by MRI in the 3 ACC and one of all normal fetuses.Conclusions The median sagittal plane of brain reconstructed by 3DXI can evaluate fetal corpus callosum development.The method is easy and effective.
