摘要
该文主要运用文献资料法归纳气排球的主要特点和价值。对气排球发展的现状进行分析和研究,得出结论:气排球是一项对大众有益,且非常易于开展的体育文化活动。但是在发展过程中存在一定的阻碍,普及程度较低,因此提出了相关建议:将气排球融入中小学高校及课堂,并通过提高政府与媒体对气排球的重视程度等措施提高社会普及程度。
In the paper,the main characteristics and values of air volleyball are summarized by using the method of literature,and the current situation of the development of air volleyball is analyzed and studied.It is concluded that air volleyball is a kind of sports and cultural activity beneficial to the public and very easy to carry out.However,there are some obstacles in the process of development,and the popularity is relatively low.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward:to integrate air volleyball into primary and secondary schools,colleges and universities,and to improve the social popularity by improving the government and the media’s attention to air volleyball.
