摘要
泄泻是临床常见病证,其病机多为脾虚湿盛。临床一般将其分为寒湿内盛等七型,常用方剂中并无五苓散,但五苓散作为温阳化气利水的代表方,不少医家用其加减化裁治疗泄泻。现总结近30年五苓散及其加减在泄泻中的研究进展。本文从五苓散适应证及病因病机研究、五苓散原方及五苓散合方或加减治疗泄泻研究进展、五苓散治疗泄泻实验研究进展三方面展开论述。
Diarrhea is a common clinical syndrome,the pathogenesis of which is spleen deficiency and dampness.Clinically,it is generally divided into seven types,such as cold dampness,inner sheng,etc.,and there is no Wuling powder in the common prescription,but Wuling powder as a representative of warm yanghua gas and water,many doctors with its addition and reduction of treatment of diarrhea.This paper summarizes the research progress of Wuling powder and its addition and subtraction in diarrhea in the past 30 years.In this paper,three aspects were discussed,namely,the adaptation syndrome,etiology and pathogenesis of Wuling Powder,the research progress in the treatment of diarrhea by original wuling powder and the treatment of diarrhea by adding or subtracting Wuling powder,and the experimental research progress in the treatment of diarrhea by Wuling powder.
