摘要
目的分析对实施传统开腹手术的疝气患者应用优质护理措施的效果。方法选取98例行传统开腹手术的疝气患者作为本次研究对象,按照不同护理措施,将其分为常规组(n=49,实施常规护理)与试验组(n=49,实施优质护理)。对比两组干预效果。结果试验组患者术后胃肠道功能恢复时间、首次下床活动时间与肛门首次排气时间、住院时间、VAS评分、并发症发生率均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论传统开腹手术的疝气患者应用优质护理不仅能促进患者胃肠道功能恢复,缩短其住院时间,还能降低患者术后疼痛感与并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing measures on hernia patients undergoing traditional open surgery.Methods The hernia patients with 98 routine open surgery were selected as the subjects of this study.According to different nursing measures,they were divided into routine group and experimental group,49 cases in each group.Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group,and high-quality nursing was carried out in the experimental group,to compare the effect of intervention between the two groups.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the time of getting out of bed for the first time and the time of first air exhaust,hospitalization time,VAS score,and complication rate of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing care for hernia patients undergoing traditional open surgery can not only promote the recovery of the patient’s gastrointestinal function,shorten their hospital stay,but also reduce the postoperative pain and the incidence of complications.
