摘要
目的对疝气患者术后护理中应用人性化护理措施干预的效果进行观察。方法选取本院106例疝气患者,选取时间为2019年3月至2020年3月,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(53例,常规护理)与观察组(53例,人性化护理),对两组术后指标、并发症及护理满意度等进行对比。结果术后,观察组下床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);并发症方面,观察组发生率为3.77%,低于对照组的15.09%(χ^2=6.092,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.23%,高于对照组的81.13%(χ^2=7.374,P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在疝气术后护理中应用,可促使患者机体功能尽早恢复,减少相关并发症发生,对患者术后康复有促进作用,护理质量较高,值得推广。
objective to observe the effect of intervention of humanized nursing measures in postoperative nursing of patients with hernia.Method a total of 106 hernia patients in our hospital were selected from March 2019 to March 2020.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group(53 cases,routine care)and an observation group(53 cases,humane Nursing)to compare the postoperative indicators,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results after operation,the observation group’s time to get out of bed,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.77%,which was lower than the control group’s 15.09%(Χ2=6.092,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.23%,which was higher than 81.13%of the control group(χ^2=7.374,P<0.05).Conclusion the application of humanized nursing in postoperative nursing of hernia can promote the recovery of patients’body function as soon as possible,reduce the occurrence of related complications,and promote the postoperative recovery of patients.The quality of nursing care is high and it is worthy of promotion.
