超临界二氧化碳萃取黄榆籽油工艺及抗疲劳活性研究 被引量:3

Supercritical CO2 Extraction and Anti-fatigue Activity of Ulmus Macrocarpa Hance Seed Oil

摘要 采用正交试验研究了超临界二氧化碳萃取黄榆籽油的工艺条件,并探究了黄榆籽油体内抗疲劳、抗氧化活性。结果表明:黄榆籽油的最佳萃取工艺为:萃取压力30 MPa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间3 h,此时萃取率为45.26%。与对照组相比,黄榆籽油高剂量组可显著延长小鼠游泳时间(P<0.05),降低BUN、LA含量(P<0.05),提高LG含量(P<0.05);同时,显著提高SOD、GSH-Px活力(P<0.05或P<0.01),降低MDA水平(P<0.01)。结论:超临界二氧化碳萃取的黄榆籽油具有较好抗疲劳、抗氧化活性,为黄榆资源的进一步开发利用提供参考。 Through orthogonal experiments,the technological conditions of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of Ulmus macrocarpa Hance seed oil were studied.The anti-fatigue and antioxidant activities in vivo were investigated.The results showed that the conditions of optimal extraction process should be 30 Mpa,40℃ and 3 h,and the extraction yield was 45.26%.In terms of anti-fatigue and anti-oxidant activity,compared with the control group,the HD group could significantly prolong the swimming time of mice(P<0.05),reduce BUN and LA content(P<0.05)and increase LG content(P<0.05).Meanwhile,HD group could noticeably improve SOD(P<0.05)and GSH-Px(P<0.01)activity and decrease MDA content(P<0.01).This explained that Ulmus macrocarpa Hance seed oil extracted with supercritical carbon dioxidecommendable contributes to commendable anti-fatigue and antioxidant activities,which provided a reference for the further utilization of Ulmus macrocarpa Hance.
