摘要
食用菌菌种生产档案的综合管理直接影响食用菌产品的质量安全。调查发现目前食用菌菌种生产档案综合管理存在的问题主要有未建立档案或者档案综合管理不规范,进一步分析其原因主要是企业管理层不重视,相关制度不完善,专业技能人员缺乏。在此基础上提出菌种生产企业管理层应当重视生产档案管理的价值,企业有关部门应当建立和完善生产档案管理制度,引入档案管理专业人才并加强业务培训等改进建议。
Comprehensive management of edible fungi production archives directly affects the quality and safety of edible fungi products. Through investigation, it was found that the main problems in the comprehensive management of edible fungi production files are that the files are not established or the comprehensive management of files is not standardized. Further analysis is mainly due to the lack of attention of enterprise management, imperfect related systems and lack of professional and technical personnel. On this basis, three suggestions for improvement are put forward: the management of strain production enterprises should pay attention to the value of production file management, the relevant departments of strain production enterprises should establish and improve the production file management system, and the strain production enterprises should introduce professional personnel of file management and strengthen business training.
