摘要
基于数字化赋能的视角,以“1+X”证书制度为研究对象,通过结构赋能、资源赋能、心里赋能三方面探讨了“1+X”证书制度体系在职业教育中的技能培训阶段、评价考核阶段、保障监督阶段价值共创过程的积极影响。研究发现:技能培训阶段,数字技术赋能促进教学方式改革,推动教学资源共建共享,提升师资数字化素养水平;评价考核阶段,通过创建数字化评价考核体系和证书协作认证体系以提高“1+X”证书制度的实施效率和社会认可度;在保障监督阶段,数字技术有助于落实人才培养质量保障体系,创新产教融合机制。研究结果表明,“1+X”证书制度在数字赋能下有效促进参与主体的价值共创,有利于推动培养复合型技术技能人才。
Based on the perspective of digital empowerment,taking the"1+X"certificate system as the research object,the project explores the positive influence on the value co creation process of"1+X"certificate system in Vocational Education from three aspects:structure empowerment,resource empowerment and psychological empowerment.The results show that:in the skill training stage,digital technology can promote the reform of teaching methods,promote the co construction and sharing of teaching resources,and improve the level of teachers'digital literacy;in the evaluation stage,through the establishment of digital evaluation and assessment system and certificate collaborative certification system,the implementation efficiency and social recognition of"1+X"certificate system can be improved;in the stage of guarantee and supervision,digital technology can help We will implement the quality assurance system for personnel training and innovate the mechanism for the integration of production and education.The results show that the"1+X"certificate system can effectively promote value co creation,promote the cultivation of high-quality compound technical and skilled talents,and provide new ideas for the talent cultivation of modern vocational education.
