摘要
目的:总结行微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石(MPCNL)治疗的肾结石患者手术配合要点及护理体会。方法:根据不同护理方案将106例行MPCNL治疗的肾结石患者分为研究组和对比组,各53例。对比组给予常规护理,研究组给予优质手术配合及护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组首次取石成功率、护理满意度评分均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组平均手术时间、术后并发症、术中出血量、住院时间均低于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:肾结石患者行MPCNL术治疗时给予优质手术配合及护理干预有利于手术的顺利完成,提高取石成功率,有效减少并发症风险,加速患者恢复进程,患者的满意度高。
Objective To summarize the operative cooperation and nursing experience of minimally invasivepercutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL)for kidney stones.Methods According to different nursing plans,106 renalstone patients receiving MPCNL.treatment were divided into the study group and the comparison group,53 cases each.The comparison group was given routine nursing,while the nursing group was given high-quality operative cooperationand nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe success rate of first stone removaland nursing satisfaction scores of the study group were better than those of the comparison group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean operative time,postoperative complications,intraoperative bloodloss and hospital stay in the study group were all lower than those in the comparison group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality surgical cooperation and nursing intervention during MPC-NL.treatment for kidney stone patients is conducive to the smooth completion of the operation,improve the success rateof stone removal,effectively reduce the risk of complications,accelerate the recovery process of patients,and the patientsatisfaction is high.
